Whatever happened to the Senate's Jews?
Joe Lieberman retired.
Arlen Specter died.
Russ Feingold got voted out.
Herb Kohl retired.
Frank Lautenberg (wait, he's still alive???) is barely alive.
Even Daniel Inouye, no, not Jewish, but wanted to convert to Judaism (what prevented him???), kicked the bucket.
What are we to do?
Well, at least we have Brian Schatz. The little-known politician was selected to fill Inouye's seat, giving Hawaii a Jewish senator.
Oh, and we still have Barbara Boxer. And Dianne Feinstein. And Chuck Schumer. And Carl Levin. And Al Franken. And...
Yep, we're doing more than fine.
