Whatever happened to Ellen Barkin?

You know what? We've done these profiles before. We start with "whatever happened" in order to write about some previously-well-known Jew. G-d, we're so predictable!

Well, we know what happened to Ellen Barkin. She is currently starring on a show on TNT. Granted, we've never watched it, but that's not too shabby...

Of course, in the 80s, "too shabby" would never describe Barkin. From "Diner" to "The Big Easy" to "Sea of Love", she brought her sultry look to the big screen. Years in Hollywood wilderness followed, but now we guess that she is back.

And, yes, absolutely Jewish! Sorry for being so predictable...
