In 2011, some of our readers inquired if Indianapolis Colts quarterback Dan Orlovsky is Jewish, so we, in turn, inquired if he was the worst quarterback in NFL history. The answers were NO (infernal -sky suffix be damned) and NO (that would be Ryan Leaf).
Seven (SEVEN!) years later, some of our readers are inquiring if Buffalo Bills quarterback Nathan Peterman is Jewish, so we, in turn, will inquire if he is the worst quarterback in NFL history. Peterman wishes his numbers were close to Orlovsky's! The latter might not have won many games, but one could call him somewhat adequate. To call Peterman somewhat atrocious is an understatement. His first career start resulted in a historic five-interception game, and he hasn't exactly done better since.
So, to answer these questions: NO (infernal -man suffix be damned) and... NO (that would still be Ryan Leaf, because Christian Hackenberg is ineligible). But give Peterman some time...
