No, not his real name, of course. That would be Shimon Hayut. But in his dedication to the craft, he actually changed it to Simon Leviev! So in the case someone wants to accuse him of not actually being Simon Leviev, he has the paperwork to prove it!

He doesn't have the paperwork to prove much else. For Simon Leviev is the notorious Tinder Swindler, who claimed he was the son of billionaire diamond magnate Lev Leviev (somehow, profiled already???). Simon used that supposed progeny to bamboozle unsuspecting girlfriends out of millions of dollars.

Of course, now everyone knows who Simon Leviev is, so maybe it's time to change it again. Simon Madoff has a nice ring, doesn't it?
