Well, how about a model AND a fashion designer? Iris Apfel, who just passed away at the age of 102.

Yes, Apfel was a fashion designer (also an interior designer; she worked for nine US presidents). She was also a model, becoming one at past the age of 90. "More is more and less is a bore" was the motto of the "geriatric starlet". She had a global modeling contract with the famed agency IMG into her 100s.
