Enough is enough! We're quitting it all and starting a family band! Didn't see that one coming, did you?
What's this? Jews don't do family bands? That's more suited for Mormons? Au contraire! Have you heard of HAIM?
Alright, maybe if you're over a certain age, you haven't heard of HAIM. It's a girl band that's rather popular with the young'uns. HAIM is made up of three sisters, Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim. But it didn't start as a girl band — together with their mother, Donna, and father, Mordechai, the girls made up a family quintet. At some point, mom and dad got jettisoned and the girls went out on their own, climbing the pop charts.
Wait a minute... is that where it leads? Mom and dad getting kicked to the curb? Scratch that, we're not starting a family band!
It's not like we can play any instruments anyway...
