Well, Germany, obviously. Russia and Ukraine spring to mind. Everything in Scandinavia, really. Southern Europe is pretty much out of the window. What does that leave us with?
What about Austria? Not with their long-standing association with Germany, right?
Wrong. For the Jewish Bruno Kreisky was the Chancellor of Austria for 14 years, from 1970 to 1983.
