David O. Russell is one of Hollywood's most sought-after directors. His last three movies, "The Fighter", "Silver Linings Playbook", and "American Hustle", were critically acclaimed, Oscar-nominated hits.

David O. Russell is also a jerk. George Clooney, who starred in Russell's "Three Kings", was headbutted by the director. Clooney called it "the worst experience of my life". On the set of "I Heart Huckabees", Russell called Lily Tomlin "the crudest word imaginable, in front of the actors and crew".

But should that really matter? After all, who doesn't have conflicts at work? These are just Hollywood types blowing off steam...

Russell also allegedly sexually assaulted his teenage niece.
