Well, that's a new one. Perhaps Aly Raisman is not the only Jewish representative on America's current gymnastic dynasty? Although that "used to" qualifier is rather strange...

"Well, not exactly Jewish — but my family practiced some of the Jewish traditions."

That's for clarifying that, Gabby. Turns out that the Jewish traditions were her mother studying Hebrew and cooking kosher meals, and her family celebrating Shabbat and going to synagogue for a year.
